Return Material Authorisation

If you have equipment you need to return to iPAC, please follow this quick and easy procedure:

  1. Download the Return Material Authorisation Form
  2. Complete the form, ensuring you include all relevant details and sign it. For out of warranty repairs, please include an order number.
  3. Pack the goods and include the RMA with the documentation
  4. Send goods to your local iPAC office

Once this has been done and the goods have been received at our end, you will receive an RMA number via email. This RMA number will be your reference for the repair.

Please note: Goods returned without an RMA Form may not be recoverable as we will not know where they are from or who sent them. Our RMA process is designed to ensure the fastest possible service is provided to you.
